Description

This 13D manipulator consists of 12 SLC-1720 linear positioners, forming four 3D manipulators, and one SR-1908 positioner with a holder for sample stubs. It is configuration for probing and complex nanomanipulations. The manipulator can be applied in high vacuum and fits to SEM Hitachi S4800 exchange chamber. There are also 6 coaxial signal outputs for electrical measurements.
