  • LEDs: up to 180 KHz (LED-dependent)
  • LDs: 1, 20, 50 MHz (up to 80 MHz available)

Pulse Width:

  • LEDs: < 1.5 ns ps
  • LDs: down to 50 ps

PMT Response: 180 ps (UV-VIS), 300 ps (NIR) Temporal Resolution: 813 fs Shortest Lifetime: < 10 ps (with fs/ps mode-locked laser and MCP) Emission Spectral Range: 180–1700 nm (detector dependent)
