Description

The Eclipse Ti-U inverted research microscope con- tains Nikon’s CFI60 optical system and a wide choice of objectives for bright field, dark field, fluorescence, phase contrast, DIC, and modulation contrast microscopy techniques. The microscope is equipped with two Andor iXon Ultra EMCCD cameras allowing FRET measurements. Additional equipment: Integrated CO2 incubator with temperature setting.
