Description
Surface cleaning: removal of carbonized hard oxide & forging-scale layers & nitration, hardening & processing residues. Surface structuring: Achieve accurate surface geometry and/or structures, eliminating processing traces. Shot peening: Levelling & densification of surface areas to reduce friction resistance. Deburring: Deburring of mass-produced parts. Preparation of adhesive surfaces: Manufacturing of accurately defined surface geometry for mechanical anchoring of injection layers.
