Description
Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 UPLC liquid chromatography system equipped with an on-line solid phase extraction (SPE) system. The system improves the efficiency and speed of sample preparation by allowing on-line purification or concentration of sample extracts. The purified extracts from the on-line solid phase extraction system can be injected into the analytical liquid chromatography column and detected after chromatographic separation with the detector coupled to the system, thus avoiding the time consuming steps of conventional sample preparation. The system has a wide range of applications in the analysis of food, biological and environmental samples
