Description
Capillary electrophoresis is intended for the analysis of PCR post-products and nucleic acids – DNA fragments, and for checking RNA quality. The principle of activity: separation of post-products of polymerases chain reaction and other nucleic acids in a special cartridge by excluding a possibility of exposure of the sample to external environment and without using Et-Br (cancerogenic). Simultaneously, it is possible to analyse up to 96 samples. The boundary of detection of nucleic acids is 0.1 ng/µl, the resolution capability is up to 3 pairs of bases. The length of the fragments to be determined – up to 10 000 pairs of bases. The equipment automatically calculates the length and concentration of unknown fragments.
