Description

Reversed phase UPLC is a fast and specific determination method for water soluble compounds. Besides quantitative analysis, simple qualitative information can be obtained by the PDA and QDa detectors (UV and MS spectrum). The QDa detector can be used to monitor samples for known compounds by their molar masses. The ELSD is used for determination of non-volatile samples without chromophores.

Services

Quantitative analysis; confirmation of known compound identity.
