Robotic liquid handling system for different scales and throughputs. Nucleic acid isolation, PCR set-up, RFLP set-up, MALDI spotting.

• Infinite M200 PRO: Quad-4 Monochromators system (2 excitation and 2 emission monochromators).
• Weave length: absorbance 230 - 1000 nm; Fluorescence intensity: Ex 230 - 600 nm, Em 330 - 600 nm;
• The Infinite 200 PRO plate reader has Tecan’s NanoQuant Plate - quartz-based tool that can measure up to 16 samples simultaneously, from 2 μl sample volumes.
• Liquid handling system: Liquid Handling Arm, Robotic Manipulator Arm, Pick and Place Arm, Operation amplitude 1ul - 5000ul, application-oriented tip types (disposable with or without filter, fixed FEP-coated stainless steel).
• Microplate shaker with temperature control.
• Heating/cooling block.

Aplications available on Robotic system: MALDI target spotting; PCR set-up 96 well and 384 well plates; Cherry picking from 96 well plates; RotorGene PCR set-up; Sequencing reaction set-up and clean-up; Extraction using magnetic beads, Nucleic acid concentration normalization (Infinite M200 Pro ABS/FIT using absorbance or fluorescence).
