Specification

  • Steam treatment up to 3 bars with uniform steam distribution.
  • Manual or automatic steam regulation. The temperature may be controlled and displayed on a touch screen.
  • Drying at low temperature (on the average 100°, even less) on 6 drying positions.
  • Drying may be achieved with:

    • electric battery
    • steam battery + electric battery
  • Automatic stripper by pairs of the racket type
  • The socks are stacked on a conveyor (up to 4 stacks of socks)

  • Quick substitution of the form legs: The springs holding the form legs are released with the help of a cylinder controlled by the pedal which puts the machine into operation.
  • The 24 forms are substituted within less than 10 minutes
