  • MATLAB Compiler

MATLAB Compiler™ lets you share MATLAB® programs as standalone applications or shared libraries for integration with common programming languages. Applications and libraries created with MATLAB Compiler use the MATLAB Compiler Runtime, which enables royalty-free deployment to users who do not have MATLAB. You can package the MATLAB Compiler Runtime with the application or have your users download it during installation.

  • MATLAB Report Generator

The MATLAB® Report Generator™ product automatically documents tasks that you perform in MATLAB®, such as analyzing and visualizing data and developing algorithms. It enables you to run MATLAB code and capture the graphics and data as they are produced. You can use the prebuilt templates or create a template that incorporates your own styles and standards.

  • OPC Toolbox

OPC Toolbox™ provides a connection to OPC DA and OPC HDA servers, giving you access to live and historical OPC data directly from MATLAB® and Simulink®. You can read, write, and log OPC data from devices, such as distributed control systems, supervisory control and data acquisition systems, and programmable logic controllers, that conform to the OPC Foundation Data Access (DA) standard. You can read and analyze data from any data historian that conforms to the OPC Foundation Historical Data Access (HDA) standard.

  • Simulink 3D Animation

Simulink 3D Animation™ provides apps for linking Simulink® models and MATLAB® algorithms to 3D graphics objects. It lets you visualize and verify dynamic system behavior in a virtual reality environment. Objects are represented in the Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML), a standard 3D modeling language. You can animate a 3D world by changing position, rotation, scale, and other object properties during desktop or real-time simulation. You can also inject virtual sensor signals and access 3D animation data in Simulink or MATLAB for postprocessing. Simulink 3D Animation includes viewers for rendering and interacting with virtual scenes. With the 3D World Editor, you can author detailed scenes assembled from 3D models exported from CAD-based or web-based sources. You can incorporate multiple 3D scene views inside MATLAB figures and interact with these views via a force-feedback joystick, space mouse, or other hardware device.

  • System Identification Toolbox

System Identification Toolbox™ provides MATLAB® functions, Simulink® blocks, and an app for constructing mathematical models of dynamic systems from measured input-output data. It lets you create and use models of dynamic systems not easily modeled from first principles or specifications. You can use time-domain and frequency-domain input-output data to identify continuous-time and discrete-time transfer functions, process models, and state-space models. The toolbox also provides algorithms for embedded online parameter estimation. The toolbox provides identification techniques such as maximum likelihood, prediction-error minimization (PEM), and subspace system identification. To represent nonlinear system dynamics, you can estimate Hammerstein-Wiener models and nonlinear ARX models with wavelet network, tree-partition, and sigmoid network nonlinearities. The toolbox performs grey-box system identification for estimating parameters of a user-defined model. You can use the identified model for system response prediction and plant modeling in Simulink. The toolbox also supports time-series data modeling and time-series forecasting.

  • Vehicle Network Toolbox

Vehicle Network Toolbox™ provides connectivity to CAN devices from MATLAB® and Simulink® using industry-standard CAN database files. The toolbox provides MATLAB functions and Simulink blocks to send, receive, encode, and decode CAN and XCP messages, enabling you to exchange messages between a CAN bus and your programs and models. You also can connect to an ECU via XCP on CAN using A2L description files. From MATLAB or Simulink, you can monitor, filter, and analyze live CAN bus data or log and record CAN messages for later analysis and replay. You also can simulate message traffic on a virtual CAN bus or connect Simulink models to a live network or ECU. Vehicle Network Toolbox supports CAN interface devices from Vector, Kvaser, PEAK-System, and National Instruments.
