UPLC–DAD-ESI-TOF-Mass spectometer

Equipment provides accurate mass analyses for a variety of analytical applications including profiling, identification, characterization, and quantification of both small and large molecules, based on their molecular weight. Equipment has advantages for high throughput sample screening with highly sensitive detection and accurate mass assignment.

Normal flow UPLC with a binary pump. Autosampler and ESI with Agilent Jet Stream Thermal Gradient Technology. This technology utilizes a super-heated sheath gas to collimate the nebulizer spray which dramatically increases the number of ions that enter the mass spectrometer. DAD helps to measure UV spectrum of each individual compound
