Description

Pyrolysis–gas chromatography–mass spectrometry is a method of chemical analysis in which the sample is heated to decomposition to produce smaller molecules that are separated by gas chromatography and detected using mass spectrometry. Two dimensional GC system with ionisation detector in first chromatograph and MS detector in second chromatograph, autosampler for each chromatograph and software containing NIST masspectrum library is great method for wide range sample analysis.

Specification

  • Multi - Shot pyrolyzer Frontier Labs PY3030D/AS-1020E, temperature range: +10 to 1000°C.
  • Heating speed to 800°C less than 4min, cooling speed from 800°C less that 12min, interface temperature from +50 to 450°C.
  • Sample input system for 48 samples. For liquid samples use automatic system with 12 places for 1.5-2ml sample bottles, injection volume from 0.1yL to 200yL.
  • GC thermostat temperature range from 25 to 450°C ±0.1°C, injector temperature to +450°C, He or H2 gas.
  • FID detector max temperature: 450°C. The minimum detection limit 1.5 picograms of carbon per second, linear dynamic range 10^7.
