Specification

Polarization microscope with option to use transmitted light

  • Magnification 40-1000 x;
  • 3 objective microscope head;
  • Built-in light filters (neutral 6,3 % penetrability, artificial – fluorescent conversion filters);
  • Rotating object table rotation angle readout accuracy 1/100;
  • Binocular with regulation of distance between eyes and photo channel (trinocular);

Stationary digital camera: Both microscope are equipped with stationary digital DC 300 with microscope adapter for documentation and with interface for picture input in computer:

  • signal noise relation 1000:1 (60db);
  • colour depth 36 bits;
  • time of exposition 1/10 000 – 2 sec;

Software for picture analysis and measurement Image Pro Plus 4.5

  • Obtaining of separate pictures or picture series from digital cameras, scaners etc. Reading of picture at in advance given time. Obtaining of pictures from 24-, 36-, 48- bit colour or 8-, 12-, 16- bit black&white instruments;
  • Enhancement of colour contrast and intensity, provides γ correction, object contouring, background correction;
  • Provides picture calibration for geometrical and photometrical measurements;
  • Performs picture Furrier transformation, Furrier spectrum editing and filters picture reconstruction;
  • Performs colour distribution to primary colour pictures proccesing. After processing, it is possible to merge primary colour channels in one colour picture. It is possible to extract object using colour parameters for additional processing;
  • It is possible to synthesize new picture with full contrast depth from multiple pictures with different levels of focusing;
  • Provides automatic counting and measurement of extracted objects, obtaining more than 50 geometrical, structural and photometrical parameters;
  • Allows grouping and classifying objects according to their size, parameters, obtaining row of extracted objects in new picture. Allows using several algorithms for extraction of objects. Provides measurement data export to other databases.
