Description
Sorbomate is equipped with five sample/solvent inlet lines and six fraction collection lines. Any sorbent can be used in the manually filled SPE cartridges. The separation programme is set up based on elution time or UV absorption in the eluent. The eluent can be diverted to the HPLC-UV system for analytical separation.
