Description
WTT technology is based on the closed system approach. This system modifies timber by a hydrolysis process at high pressures but lower temperatures, so that pressure acts as a substitute for temperature. Euipment could be used also for vacuum-pressure impregnation and oil heat treatment.

Stainless steel autoclave 540 L; Max treatment temperature: 190°C; Max pressure: 20 bar; Vacuum: -0.1 bar; Timber size: from chips up to boards with 1.4 m length; Automated process time, vacuum, pressure and heating/cooling speed control.
