Description

Diode Array HPLC Detectors are most commonly used to record the ultraviolet and visible (UV-vis) absorption spectra of samples that are passing through a high-pressure liquid chromatograph. This enables qualitative information to be gathered about the samples. Applications for Diode Array HPLC Detectors include pharmaceuticals and life sciences, chemistry, energy and petrochemical industry, environment and agriculture. An advantage to diode array HPLC detectors is the ability to select the best wavelength for analysis.

Specification

• Wavelength: Wavelength from 190 nm to 640 nm. • Deuterium lamp with RFID. • 1024-element diode matrix. • Perhaps at the same time to record data at 8 different wavelengths, as well as pick up the spectrum. • Data read speed - at least 80 Hz (both, and the spectrum from the signal). • Diodes Width - <1 nm • Noise <± 3 x 10 -6 AU at 230/4 nm. • Drift <0.5 x 10-3 AU / h at 254 nm. • Linearity> 2.0 AU (5%) at 265 nm. • System working pressure up to 600 bar. • Low pressure pump with cvaterinary gradient formation. • Gradient of at least precision of <0.2% RSD, flow precision at least <0.07% RSD, flow accuracy ± 1%. • Automatic sample injection at an operating pressure up to 600 bar. • Diode array detector with the ability to record information simultaneously at multiple wavelengths, as well as accommodate the entire spectrum in the wavelength range.
