Description
The JEM-1230 is a high performance high contrast 40-120kV transmission electron microscope with excellent imaging capabilities and features such as a three-axis stage, tip-on four specimen sample holder, log-in user preferences, high coherence illumination conditions with filament-saving low emission current, user friendly controls, file storage, automatic filament heating, and automatic exposure micrograph photography.
