Description
System consists of high-end UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer for detection of transmission and reflectance parameters for transparent large sized samples (windows) and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer for surface emission measurements for both transparent and opaque samples. Post processing of both measurements allows calculating of solar heat gain coefficient (or g-value) for the glazing unit according to the EN 410.
Specification
UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer: high performance double monochromator with 3 detectors (InGaAs, PbS and PMT), ultra-low stray light (0.00005% or less at 340 nm), wavelength range 185 - 3300 nm, resolution: 0.1 nm, Light Sources: Tungsten for Vis-NIR and Deuterium for UV, Wavelength accuracy UV/VIS region: ±0.2 nm NIR region: ±0. 8 nm IR spectrophotometer: Scan range 7800-350 cm-1, S/N ratio 60,000:1, resolution 0.25 cm-1, measurement speed:20 high quality spectra per second, sampling 5000 times /second.
Services
Measurements of SHGC (g-value) for glazing units up to 1.4x2 m. Surface emissivity measurements.
